Psycho owner and big moves won them a Cup. But that kind of obsessive interference can definitely have a negative outcome as well. Although I don't think he's a Ballard type.

Ballard was a legitimate psychopath, and he also only cared about power & squeezing as much money out of the operation as possible. One thing you have to give Vegas's owner, as much of a loon as he is, is that he's obsessed with winning.

But yeah. This is another example of them not being afraid of change and having no patience at all for less than optimal results. Still think within another year or two, they'll be trying to push Mitch out of town.
 
Panthers pass the leafs to get into 5th last. Because of course. Note that these two teams play each other in one of the last games of the year. Could be for all the marbles. Obviously going to likely be a must-lose.
 
Have we called up anyone for tonight or are they going to have Domi/Benoit/Joshua be the ones that have to handle God's?
 
Hopefully they're in the penalty box all game. The storyline should be "must-lose game" not "must beat up guy" game. But we know how it is.

Was gonna say the two can definitely go hand-in-hand. Ducks actually have something to play for so the smart move would be just goad the heartless team into taking penalties all night.
