Leafs enter tonight’s game trailing Boston by 2 points for second place. Bruins play the Jackets tonight, we could reclaim home ice with a big win. No lineup changes meaning Holl plays back to back for the first time this season, Sparks starts.

Zaitsev with a customary unforced turnover selling out everyone in the defensive zone and almost ends up in our net.

This kind of proves some of these things are a coaching/system issue even more.

Even the worst team in the league can hem us in our zone at the start of a game. It doesn't even matter who the opponent is.
 
Surely there has to be another option to Marincin? 1 on 1 with Bobby Ryan and he allows Ryan to skate his way into a scoring area and get a chance.
