GDT #25: 30/11/2022 vs SJS: Mitch chasing history

point streaks aren't a huge deal but they aren't nothing either, and it'd be nice for Mitch to get this one.

We already lost points to the shitty sharks this year, so let's not do that again. Especially since they're on the back end of a back to back and probably playing their 3rd string goalie.

A spot of danger in that their old guard (Karlsson/Hertl/Meier/Couture) is on fire offensively and Sammy might be rusty, but that's no excuse. This game closes out November and gives us a bit of a breather prior to heading out on a tough mini-road trip to TB and DAL, so closing this out in style would be nice.

I'm strangely excited to see Karlsson play. His stats are insane and he's looking like he's 21.

We know how much I love $11M contracts. I want it.

And just imagine the offensive boost that guys like Matty and Marner would see playing with him.

I've been vocal about wanting another forward added - and I still do - but if the only move we made was to get Karlsson, I'd be more than satisfied.
