No, this is the Artemis 2 crew that did a 10-day journey and close fly-by of the moon back in April.
Artemis 3 won't land on the moon either, or leave low-earth orbit like Artemis 2 did. They'll launch to low orbit, and then are supposed to test docking maneuvers with the competing two lunar landing craft that are in theory being developed by Elon Musk & Jeff Bezos.
Artemis 4, which is optimistically scheduled for 2028 at present, is the one supposed to land on the moon. They haven't named a crew yet.
