One company made their product with a controller that f*cking required double A batteries.....system burnout rate on a 360 is something like 40%....PS3 is something like 3-5%.....that should tell you all you need to know.
If you're a 15 year old wanting to play FPS against other teens online, 360 is the way to go though.....
alright...well, I think I've made my decision. Going to head out and pick up a system.
360 comes with a wireless controller that does require 2 AA batteries ... however, there is this little thing out there called "rechargable batteries". Look into it.

buy the recharger for $20 bucks. The charge takes about an hour and lasts for 20-25 hours of game play.
If you have one controller and are in the middle of a game and the battery dies, you have to pause and let it charge or play 6 feet away with it attached to the USB.. not thanks.
Yeah I use rechargeables... I would have got the battery packs a couple years ago but didn't think it was worth it... and now I'm not bothering to spend any more money on my gaming until the new systems come out.Word. I mean I get it as an annoyance, but if you know someone literally using AA disposable batteries in their controller, beat them mercilessly.

Skyrim is impossible to play on the PS3, after about 10 hours of gameplay, the game just craps out. Although they might have fixed it in an update. Far Cry 3 seems like it runs at about 10 fps. FIFA, NBA, NHL are the same on both. 360 has shorter load times.
haha....Who only has 1 controller? If you have one controller and are in the middle of a game and the battery dies, you have to pause and let it charge or play 6 feet away with it attached to the USB.. not thanks.
Again, who only have 1 controller? And the PS3 warns you a good 2 hours when it's low. Batteries haha. I can't believe anyone is trying to argue this is good feature. **** we should start using AA batteries for our smart phones too!!with xbox... oh man my battery is low cuz I've been warned for a while now... but I am levelling up like mad... oh wait.. (pop off back, throws in new batteries) great... keep playing. with xbox... oh man my battery is low cuz I've been warned for a while now... but I am levelling up like mad... oh wait.. How do you know the competition is more competitive? What are you basing that on?all COD games on live >> COD on ps3. The competition on xbox is harder, as you get gamers moreso than kids that play on the ps3. Plus all COD games always get new maps and downloads first on the xbox and MONTHS later for the ps3.

A guy who is buying his first gaming system and may not want to spend more (who knows )haha....Who only has 1 controller?
I play alot of COD (all of them actually) and for MW3 I first bought in on the ps3 cuz I had some friends that I played online with. I kicked arse in MW3. I levelled up pretty damn fast, and didn't have too many bad games. The new maps were coming out for the Xbox about 3 months early so I bought the xbox mw3 and the competition was notably tougher. How do you know the competition is more competitive?
