How can one team come out so flat every time they have to drop the puck before 7pm? Mind boggling
They're hardly lighting the world on fire at any other time.

Sure it does. The team has been preformed far below their average in afternoon games for the last few years.it has nothing to do with the time frame.
Same ROW as the Leafs but 6 behind those pesky Habs

So what do you think is the more likely reason?correlation without causation.
I'm not referring to historical numbers - I'm referring to this year and perhaps last year (the rosters are very similar).
I think there is something different about how the team gets the players ready and prepared for these games.
You also don't see other Canadian teams playing the same amount of afternoon affairs. The Leafs play virtually none. Their routine/schedule never changes.
It's not an excuse - the team WANTED the schedule to be made up this way.So many excuses with you guys.
Sure.So you're saying Ottawa prepares differently than all their afternoon opponents?
It's not an excuse - the team WANTED the schedule to be made up this way.
But clearly there is something missing from the teams preparation that has led to 1 win in 10 games.
Even .500% teams don't have a random variance to .100% hockey.Well bad teams will struggle in afternoon games. Just like every other game.
Damn you are a drama queen sometimes. The Sens are losing due to the time the games are scheduled at.
Yup, sounds like an excuse to me.
