World Hockey Championships Thread

Sounds like Reimer was decent though, Canada just took a lot of penalties and kept turning the puck over.
 
Vive La France Ugly to say the least.

No way we should ever lose to them in hockey just like they would never lose to us in soccer.

Apparently Rielly got a PP goal against the Czechs!

Haven't seen any replays yet and Reimer appears to be having a decent game so far.
 
Canada survived a late surge by the Czech to win 4-3 ... they had a 4-1 lead going into the 3rd but the Czech scored 2 quick goals in the 3rd to turn a sure-win into a nail-biter.

And yes, Reimer was in goal.
 
Dunno about that, they've been alternating for the last few gamers. Interesting that Kadri is being played at centre over Hodgson.
 
Kadri's icetime has been increasing, and he's looked good in the tourney as well.

Rielly has been used as a PP specialist .. Canada carries 7 dmen and Rielly only plays on PP.

On other teams, Gardiner is also playing for team USA.
