Yeah we'd be able to get quite a bit just because of JVR's goals. Phaneuf probably not as much interest but something decent back probably. I look back at how we thought we won those trades so easily but having seen some big flaws in their game i don't think we won by that much. I'd probably still do Schenn for JVR just because JVR can score goals and you can get more later on..Phaneuf we didn't give up much but i agree that he'd be better if there was a true #1 D befor him. I don't like the fact he goes full moron so often and it seems to happen more during pressure situations..Similar to what i notice with Reimer.
 
The Leafs players individually are very good. Together not so much. Any team that trades for Phaneuf, Kessel, Lupul, Bozak, JVR and Gardiner will see just how good these guys are when separated.

On a side not, Malkin is scratched from tonights game. Hopefully after the game they announce that the entire Leafs roster has been traded for Malkin.

Yep.
If we had a true 1d plus Phaneuf, we'd be far better off. (or even without Phaneuf)
And that full moron part under pressure doesn't happen too often, but when it does...
Also agreed on Reimer crumbling under pressure. That's why he's not the starter, nor does he deserve to be until he can fix that, and improve his netminding.
 
Would we be winning more games if we had Lupul, Komarov and Holland back in? How big a difference would that make? At least half of these games in the past 10 we'd win. Holland and Komarov play a good defensive game and can help offensively as well and Lupul is similar in Naz in that he can score goals in multiple ways(unlike Phil and JVR who need so much room to operate).

Playing better than garbage for 20 mins in a game means absolutely nothing. We need to get away from these BS victories within the game, and start winning entire games.

Healy wastes time talking about stupid shit because he has no idea how to talk hockey. Instead of commenting on Reimer playing very well in the second period, he decides to tease the guy for tripping on his goalpost.
Were you alive when Healy was our backup goalie? Did you see how often he fell to the ice inexplicably? It'd be like Tie Domi talking about cheap shots.
Fvck Healy. He was barely an NHL goalie, and has nothing good to say about any Leaf player ever.

I was alive in those days haha. Fair enough. I just see you consistently come to his rescue, and i always wonder why.

Almost all the broadcasters on the Rogers network are garbage. Healy, Hughson, make me want to gouge my ears.
