don't know baytex; will check it
You got me thinking yesterday with a contrarian play. I won't put any money on it, but end of day buying wouldn't shock me. I feel like it's going to be one of those moments where retail thinks they figured it out "oh no one will want to hold over the weekend so there will be selling EOD" and then they get their face ripped by big dick money.
Any plays going into it is a pure gamble so stop, you degenerate.
Congrats, you crushed it.I'm mostly in cash + longer term plays, and a few select runners leftover from winning trades . I was heavy short since last week - the market was incredibly generous.... plunging in an historic way that I couldn't even dream of. So no way am I overstaying my welcome. Probably more long than short right now. Content to leave my screen this afternoon while the robots duke it out.
On the plus side, you nailed the top!So last week was a bad time to check over my portfolio and re-invest some money? Sigh...

So not surprisingly, Powell released a timely but mild statement about supporting the economy...basically shifting weekend risk from the bulls worried abut corona to to the bears worried about the Fed. I will short any Fed inspired rally (if it happens) because extra liquidity will not defeat corona fears.
You nailed it. Again. What's new though?Market followed my "reverse" Friday script...but rally didn't start till 3:55 so I did pare some longs prematurely. But great week. And yeah, nice to see some pot plays come to life. What a drag those tickers were this month.
This week makes you want to put your money under your mattress
