GDT 7: Leafs @ Canes, 7 pm, SN - Fuck you Jobu...

Kase should be in the top 6. I get wanting puck skills on Kampf's wing, but I don't think he is being utilized well there. He ends up just being a Jason Blake type thats always on the puck and throws shots from everywhere because his linemates suck.
 
Thing is I'm still not really upset about the offense. It is pretty fucked that they haven't scored because they create chances non stop.

I'm a little worried about the defense, though. It just hasn't been anywhere as good as it was last year.
 
Whats changed? Low hanging fruit will be no more easy division but its not like they have played super high power offence teams so far

Kase has always been a bit of a chucker which is how most nerds loved him in his early years when they valued corsi above all, if I recall correctly.

As for what's changed? Biggest thing I notice is Holl going to shit (there were warnings signs last year of this) but the forwards have to take a lot of blame too. Auston and JT haven't been good enough defensively.

Oh his production was amazing. He was loved for a very good reason. But the chucking thing was always a thing and I'm not sure it would change much playing with the big boys. Which is fine.

I think you and I were the lone wolves on this?

They had all this young D to weather the loss of Holl or Dermott, and they pissed away a good forward and again went for the bargain binners.

Holl's fall is nothing compared to Muzzin going straight off a fucking cliff this year.

I often exaggerate my points when I'm upset, but I'm saying this with all seriousness - he's been absolutely unplayable so far. A big, slow, clumsy lug who doesn't know where to go and what to do. Chicken with its head sliced off by a skate.
 
That is a very interesting description of "funny." I haven't laughed less at any situation ever.
