Wendy's is trash, no arguments there....but still.
 
For a long while, I thought Wendy’s was decent as far as fast food joints go.

But then they gave me food poisoning, and my mind kind of changed on that.

Maybe “fresh, never frozen” isn’t the best policy for meat products being handled by minimum wage fast food employees.
 
Yeah, it's pretty shit.

Fast food is generally pretty ass in quality, but stuff like Wendy's, BK, Tim's, Taco Bell, KFC, Arby's belong on their own shitty, shitty tier.

Popeye's and Chick Filet are okay but over rated. A&W probably the best of the pile.

BK is good. In fairness, I've only had their chicken in the past 20 years, but that is really tasty, and their fries over here are actually quite excellent.
 
You deserved it! As you know, I have my favorite item at each of these places and I don't stray from it when I go to them. If I go to BK, it's because I want that chicken sandwich. I haven't eaten anything else there. And it is a very good sandwich. But their fries are actually maybe the best of the bunch right now. McD's fries, which were previously unmatched, are pretty crap these days. In N Out is just okay, you'd never go there just to grab fries if you wanted a quick snack, like one would at McD's before.
 
Nobody deserves a kick in the nuts for bad mouthing BK.

I'm wondering if there was some sort of tragic palette damaging incident from childhood that you've been hiding from us.
 
Have you tried the original chicken sandwich? Made fresh, it's very good.

By the way, this is the Engvall of fast food discussions! I'm not saying any of these fast food items are as good as some meal in a top end restaurant. We're comparing fast food against other fast food.
 
Engvall is a lovely National Hockey League player in case I haven't made my stance on him clear. And LOF, out of curiosity, do you have any opinions on Jake Muzzin?

Jake Muzzin is a Burger King whopper. You don't go there very often but when you do it always hits the spot. And LOF has no idea what it tastes like because he's ordered a dumbass chicken sandwich every time for 20 years
