Seriously. No more drugs, homelessness or street violence than any other major city here.

Drugs are an issue but the bigger is lack of funding for the homeless and addicts
Shelters are full and a lot of people have no choice but to make encampments or find a warm place to sleep just to stay alive. It's -40 here today. Anyone exposed to that for any length of time is a dead man walking
