2025-2026 Off Season Thread - The Rehappening

Honestly can't think of a bigger clown addition to the organization pretty much ever. Deeply delusional about what his job was here, what his place in the league is, etc. Seriously crazy what this guy thinks about himself. If he had an ounce of self awareness he would turn down 90% of the podcast invites he gets.

One cannot help but wonder if he's gonna make up for lost fights with the Leafs this year?
 
It's funny....We added Max and Reaves around the same time. It's funny how inverse their reputations actually turned out to be in reality. Max is constantly the first one in sticking up for team mates, clearly loves being a Leaf. Reaves the alleged leader and culture guy has been a me first twat that has hurt the team on the ice (and pouted when held accountable for his performance) and the org off of it (and continues to run his mouth after his request to move was granted).

And to think, Leafs thought he would bring "Leadership" to the dressing room.
 
I didn't know I could hate him even more after we finally got rid of him.

The douchiness is just pouring off of the guy in waves. No shock to see we've won nothing with guys like this anywhere near the team. Imagine a guy like Tavares and a guy like this in the same room. Too bad Marner didn't take his cues from Tavares instead of this jackass.

Very concerned Matty is cut from the same cloth given the tightness to Marner, the tattoo sleeves, the Biebs, and all the other cringey shit. Holy fuck, please prove otherwise this season.

It's a pretty big indictment of how league front offices see the game tbh. He's been a minus player almost every year of his career, is a -49 overall....but has mostly played for good to really good teams. The guy has played for 100+ point teams the majority of his career and has been a pretty huge net negative the entire time.

Usually these duds luck out one year where they score 18 goals…. Which makes them fool’s gold for a few dumb GMs after that… but Reeves career high is a laughable 9 goals

And it’s not like he’s a playoff warrior — 3 goals and 6 assists in 113 games. Shit, even I could have pulled that off!
