no you are not lol.. agenda alert .. cheersThey activate their D creating issues and picks and the Habs scramble. Habs activate their D and give up odd man rushes. One team is better coached. Sorry to say.
no that is on the players. For sure
Doesn’t mean I’m wrong. The Canes cover their assignments way better than the Habs. That’s coaching.
Halal didn't look too joyful last night either . . .Maybe it’s the torch shit giving off bad juju
Marty has faced 3 of the best coaches in the NHL playoffs this year, and has beaten two of them. You're being too hard on him.For sure

Bullshitno that is on the players.
Let’s be clear here, I’m not advocating firing Marty, he’s got something and will continue to learn.Marty has faced 3 of the best coaches in the NHL playoffs this year, and has beaten two of them. You're being too hard on him.
I said this in the GDT but the Canes always know where be in transition, and everyone on the ice seem to know where they're supposed to be. Even if you believe their players are better, they're not THAT much better than our players. It's coaching. They have a game plan and they have a system with set plays. They know if "this" is happening to do "that" and they can trust that a teammate will be there, and they are always there. There's just no way that even their 3rd and 4th liners are so good that they just always know the right play and see the ice like Gretzky and make blind passes that work out almost every time. No, they know where their teammates are because their teammates are where they are supposed to be.no that is on the players.
you assume that Marty has not made any adjustments, no way that the soft clearings is what Marty wants, fck we get the puck go to clear it , it is soft and Canes get it, we get the puck back and do it again. Our soft clearings, losing battles, our lack of shooting, constant icing etc is on the players and you know it. You want him to be a Maverick and play the "black aces" ... that is not happening.Bullshit
No adjustments made. Not getting through to players.
Blame 20 guys instead of the general. Typical human behavior.
i don't disagree with their system, as i have repeated here already, we shoot our selves in the foot with the constant soft clearings, the weak passes, losing battles, and not shooting the puck..that shit is on the players. Marty has said it over and over again what he wants and the boys are fucking it up..I said this in the GDT but the Canes always know where be in transition, and everyone on the ice seem to know where they're supposed to be. And their forecheck is relentless and planned... by the coach.
i think this has mostly to do with Cole being a very weak winger for playoff style hockey
100%Yeah, but I’m more disappointed in Slafkovsky. 6’3 / 230. Come on. Too soff.
for sure....but he hasn"t been the same since his fight and hit.....there's no way he wasn't concussed after both those playsYeah, but I’m more disappointed in Slafkovsky. 6’3 / 230. Come on. Too soff.
It was a few weeks ago . . . before two seven game series had been fully played. It's hard to believe the same team that made Kucherov and Point look 50 years old a few weeks ago (with Dobson out) is making Carolina's 4th line look like the Legion of Doom. Marty made a lot more adjustments in that series too.
I agree, i am still waiting for "the beast mode" he had in the Olympics . We see it in 1 game maybe 2 in a series..Yeah, but I’m more disappointed in Slafkovsky. 6’3 / 230. Come on. Too soff.
