As I recall, Pronman’s Laine>Matthews hot-take relied heavily on his eye test liking Laine’s performance at the World Championships better than Matthews’. So, on-brand for him.

Don't forget hitting the gym ASAP to make sure he's in peak shape. If he can add like 10-15 pounds of muscle, he can be as fit as Trump.

It's common. It's a double sided blade. You learn nothing about a prospect while they're seal clubbing Transylvania, and almost nothing in any short sample viewing of 2-3 games against peer nations.

But we see it weigh heavily in the evaluation bad top 10 selections every year.
