I like Bobrov's recent success with Ruskies... so I'm cautiously optimistic that he can be an impact player.

My general thought is that fans are way too opinionated at the draft, thinking they have all the answers. Let it play out and keep an open mind. I look more at the body of work to gauge the type of guys a team selects and hope it leans more towards IQ and skill than size and truculence. But a single first round pick from a guy we've never watched? Nah. If I'm a Habs fan my mind is wide open.

For sure. I definitely trust our staff right now. There were many years that we didn't have a staff that we could trust. This is great.
