It's tough to say because I don't know what the markets would be like for the two players we should look to move off of. But Jake and Ingram are the two we should be looking to move out. Sabonis, Murray, Jimmy Butler, MPJ are all names I'd be interested in bringing in that are possibly/probably available. I don't know what it should be, but there should be a big swing this summer even if it's just something like Sabonis coming back. Getting off of the Jake extension is probably the priority move.
I'd look for a backup C for sure that can play, preferably a legit defensive presence. Goga, Time Lord (UFA), Day'ron, Nurkic (UFA), etc. We badly missed having one this year when Jake was hurt. If you look around at the teams still in the playoffs, they all have multiple bigs who can do big guy things.
Still could use another PoA defender. I like Shead as a back of the rotation guy but we leaned on him way, way too much this year for what he is. Same names I've mentioned before. Melton, GP3, Keon Ellis, Gillespie.
RJ Extension talks...if his number is rational maybe get it done now. I doubt it will be though, but getting him signed to a deal that we would be comfortable moving to a 6 man role eventually would be tidy business.
Re sign Mamu. Even if he's just a trade chip for after christmas. He was nice off of the bench this year, the nerdies look durable on him over multiple seasons in a row now, he's just a solid bench player who probably has room in his game to mature and get more consistent.

I heard Mamu might be in the 4/40 range which is going to be very difficult to be involved in.
I expect Dick moved for a couple 2nd or similarly failing prospect

4/40 is somewhat reasonable , years ago he is a 12-15 mil candidate

I do 4/40 all day for Mamu.
As for Dick, yeah I'm expecting Dick for a few 2nds on draft day if there's guys on the board we like, or a straight flip for another disappointing prospect in a similar position to him.
