MLB and MLS cancelled some games tonight too. The Detroit Lions walked out of practice yesterday. En masse. Coaches too.

Oh No. 😁 I don’t care if they dribble or not.

As far as a protest the league deciding to postpone games is kind of a nothingburger. It’s like a day off. If one team decided to protest and forfeit a game there’s meaning in that I guess. Or even the league cancelling the season.

Since you have a license you can surf fish. I’d go that route or add that to the mix anyway. You don’t need giant rods/reels etc.

Use a slider rig. Bait can be shrimp or if you can catch mole crabs (sand fleas) those are very good. Or a buck tail with a twister tail for flounder etc.

I see Raleigh will have a 10 PM curfew Friday and Saturday nights. Hope that dingbat mayor puts some cops on the street to crack some idiot head if/when they need cracking.
 
They will still play in domes no matter when they start. Detroit, Indy, Minn are in the big 10 region. If they want more domes they could go to St Louis, Dallas, Atlanta, AZ etc. Maybe even Toronto which is not far from B10 area.

That means transporting both teams to neutral sites. Colleges are bleeding money from their athletic departments, even Power 5 schools are dropping programs (see my note on Iowa), they’re not going to pay to fly the football team to Phoenix.
 
NCSU women's soccer taking the season off. Since UNC always has a top team I doubt they decide not to play.

If TV tells the big 10 to go to AZ the teams will say "Where do we sign?" If TV tells them to go to Tehran they would probably go there too. :) I guess they could stick with just Minn, Indy, and Detroit if they want.
 
and also I don't think NCSU has won the ACC in soccer since the 80s, for men and women. they get a new soccer coach every 5 years or so. NCSU Men's golf had a coach for over 30 years until he retired recently. Women's golf coach has been there a long time too. And she even went to UNC. Maybe she left that off her resume when she applied. :)

Tough for international players to get to campus ... which impacted a couple of the women's programs in soccer. A lot of Canadians and Europeans use the US colleges as a jumping off point to a pro or semi-pro career.
