We wanted him out because we didn't want a washed old guy who isnt good at the game of hockey in the first place.

The reporters are whatever…but it’s not a coincidence that they players they’ve shipped out let go have all whined about the pressure and every single player they’ve kept/brought it said they love the Leafs and the pressure (Tavares, Knies, Lorentz, Pezzeta, Maccelli, Roy).

Did Reeves actually whine tho? (Honest question, I ain’t digging thru the transcript) or did he simply state the over obvious; there is more pressure in Toronto than US markets where hockey is an afterthought and the 5th most popular pro sport in town.
