Edmonton should just hire Torts, fire him at season’s end so they can bring in Cassidy. They’re probably still tethered to that bully Babcock.

The NHL on XM guys were saying the same today and apparently McCrimmon in a presser today said they granted Cassidy permission to speak to "one" team! So it's either Edmonton as the only NHL team without a coach currently or some poor soul is about to maybe get canned soon when Cassidy takes his job...
San Jose swapped 1st rounders with Buffalo, moving from No. 20 to No. 27 to get Michael Kesselring. Honestly, pretty good bet on Kesselring by San Jose. They badly need help on D and he was on a good development track in Utah/Arizona before he landed in Buffalo in the Peterka deal and got hurt.
