Houston should make it though. Them having a natural local rivalry helps more than most people think imo.

Cap is going up even more baby....3 billie in expansion fees works out to ~4.4 million in cap increase, and then assuming an average of ~200M HRR per team, another 1.2M to the cap on top of that.

We might see a 120M cap by 2029.

Fuck it, 13+ million for everyone. Marner, Knies, Robertson, Laughton. Give everyone a 13 million dollar extension.

Atlanta Hawks are a 7 seed, are 26th in attendance.

2014-15, the Atlanta Hawks are a 60 win basketball team....28th ranked in attendance.

If the blackest city in the USA isn't going to support a NBA team, it's not going to support a NHL team.
