Ok the plan remains. Lose vs Florida. Then lose vs Dallas. Then lose vs Ottawa. All in reg.

And hey, there's even an outside shot at 4th last if they do that.

So here's a sneaky thing that we're gonna want.

Isles vs Sens on Saturday. We'll want an isles regulation win there. It is going to be pretty important that the final game of the year has playoff implications for Ottawa. Isles beating them on Saturday makes that pretty likely. A desperate sens = we can write a loss for the leafs in pen right now. Dallas should hopefully be a loss as well... Florida is the challenge obviously.

Lose all 3 and 4th last is on the table.
 
Lost in our joy is that the Kings snuck into the last wild card spot tonight. Nashville lost to Utah in reg, and the Kings are 3 seconds from wrapping up a win over Vancouver. Kings move to 85 points, 1 up on Nashville and with 2 games in hand. Winnipeg is right there as well though, the won tonight and are tied with Nashville at 84 points with 3 games in hand.
