The league should get it written into the next CBA that if you have a full NMC and then decide you want to be traded, your NMC becomes null and void and you can be traded anywhere without restriction.

Yeah I like that. Formalize the trade request process. At minimum force it into being a 10 team list.

The idea behind NMC's was to take away the ability of the team moving you without consent. Not to hold the team hostage to make sure you get to dictate where you go next if you demand out
