Re: Buffalo Bills Talk
Six Draft Picks Signed, One To Go
The Bills have announced another signing today. Second Round pick Paul Posluszny signed a contract. Terms of the deal were not released.
Posluszny was the 34th overall selection. The Penn State linebacker started 37 out of 44 games with the Nitnany Lions and finished with a career record 372 tackles.
Earlier today, Buffalo's fourth round draft selection (111th overall) Dwayne Wright came to terms. The particulars were not disclosed.
The Fresno State running back played in 28 career games despite missing the majority of 2004 season and all of 2005 after a knee injury. Wright became the third ranked rusher in school history with 2,683 yards on 501 carries and 16 touchdowns. Wright earned second-team All-Western Athletic Conference accolades in 2006 after rushing for 1,462 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also set a school record when he rushed for 295 yards vs. Louisiana Tech in 2006.
The Bills' first round pick, Cal Running Back Marshawn Lynch, is the only 2007 draft pick that has not yet come to terms.
The Bills also announced the release of rookie wide receiver Aaron Brown.
