Yes - shoulder injuryWas Anderson injured the entire year for him to have 1G in 26 games? Maybe that will help understand this.
what do you think the meathead with diabetes and coming off a poor season where he pouted was going to get youGarbage trade
im not a fan of the third rounder myselfBut if so then why the third rounder? That's all but admitting you think Anderson > Domi.
first we will have to acquire that pickI would rather not have given up the 3rd as well, but I don't mind this deal. Anderson is a big body RH shot that could be a Tom Wilson. There are not many players like him. Arguably this is why the premium was paid. I get that Domi was a technically a centre, but he was a flawed centre.
Our RH wing depth before this was: Gallagher, Armia, Weal. This move balances the top 2 lines
Tatar-Danault-Gallagher
Drouin-Suzuki-Anderson
This doesn't even include a possible upgrade by dealing the 1st overall pick.
Ok, he had labral surgery. So he came back from surgery. That could take 8-10 months to get back to normal. I just hope he gets back to his previous health, but still a risky trade.Yes - shoulder injury

noforgive my ignorance, but is there actual evidence of Anderson a) holding down a top-6 role with CBJ, and b) succeeding in that role?
pretty sure this guy has been a healthy scratch recently, and a mainstay in the bottom six last year.
Got me.... *1st Round Pick.first we will have to acquire that pick![]()
To start the season he will (Unless he is traded)Dano will not be a top 2C
Well none of the rumored players involved to get Laine were traded. So no Laine.....not that it was ever an option
You just know he'll kick those tires. Ugh.Anyways, after we sign Hall I think we will be improved.
Maybe it's the company he refers to at the end there that precipitated the third round pick.A version of this trade had been making the rounds for a while, including LeBrun yesterday
