He's got 2 more years on his contract, his replacements are not ready yet. I'd consider trading him next deadline depending on how the season goes but he seems like a guy that could play in the league 7 more years.

Like all the players. If somebody is going to overpay. Do it.

Max Pac type move would be awesome. Current younger replacement (Tatar), A prospect (Suzuki) , and a draft pick (2nd rd).
