Gotta say, when the goal was a system that would lead to wins, Craig Berube put in one of the worst coaching performances of all time. When focus shifted down the stretch to high-stakes tanking, however, he found his ultimate purpose. Just an absolute coaching clinic.

We shouldn't forget Tre here too. Sure he refused to fire the coach early in the season when the team still had a chance and it was obvious to every observer but him that this decision would cost him his own job, but once the season was lost he refused to listen to the critics and hung on to enable this elite coaching performance.
