You have stated some wild and crazy shit on these boards but this might be the craziest.Nope. They won't do that to him. He's revered in the room and buying him out shows a lack of class and respect. Not the sort of example you want to set. Makes the club look cheap and petty.
Players see how they and their teammates are treated by management. The reason why the Habs have chemistry and the Leafs dressing room is toxic is because of the way players are treated. You have stated some wild and crazy shit on these boards but this might be the craziest.
Nothing to do with LeafsPlayers see how they and their teammates are treated by management. The reason why the Habs have chemistry and the Leafs dressing room is toxic is because of the way players are treated.
Treating players well? I agree. Nothing whatsoever to do with the Leafs.Nothing to do with Leafs
Hutson broke the point per game barrier tonight — now has 50 in 49
Well duh. He was drafted 62OA.I can't be the only one thinking that Hutson has been so much better than I originally thought he would be. He's a franchise player.

Yeah I was skeptical due to size but second saw him last year, I was like, yeah he's our best player.I can't be the only one thinking that Hutson has been so much better than I originally thought he would be. He's a franchise player.
Last night, Picard on TVA said MSL had chat with Hutson with 7 min to go. He basically wasn't off the rest of the game.Early on last year, I pronounced him as the best player on the team. But his improvement this year, especially on D, is not something I anticipated. Now I think he has another gear in him offensively. As his supporting cast gets better (namely Slaf and Demi) his assist numbers should go up.
The other fascinating thing about him is he's got an energizer bunny vibe about him -- he never stops skating, rarely looks tired, and I don't think I've ever seen him grimace or laboring after getting hit or blocking a shot

I just wasn't expecting him to reach the Quinn Hughes level, especially not that fast. His compete level is off the chart (don't tell this to Pronman).Early on last year, I pronounced him as the best player on the team. Well he took on that role himself, but we're talking about an NHL player and Calder winner here, watching a few games of Hutson, who plays on the Canadiens no less, isn't a hard task. If anything he bumped him up quite a bit in his rankings, I'm just baffled on how he keeps ranking his compete level as average when he consistently outwork everyone on the ice, every shift.lol. Pronman hasn't updated his scouting report. It's kind of dumb really to ask a reporter: please cover every young player in the NHL, AHL, NCAA, WHL, OHL, QMJHL, KHL, plus all the other leagues in Europe. It inevitably leads to half measures and laziness.
True.I've seen Hutson makes mistakes (few and far between) but I don't think I've ever seen him make a lazy play, like ever.
Pens - Scotty w Jagr but he’d sneak onto the ice at 2-3am because he’d made friends w arena securityTrue.
I've also never of a team having to order a player not to go on the ice on an off day.
