GDT PK's Revenge Small market Nashville v Canadiens 4:00 PT

The thing is that the west is not intimidating anymore.

Chicago is done, LA has not gotten back to stanley cup form, St.Louis is St.Louis, anaheim and SJ dont have it.

The team I see being scary is Winnipeg however
If I'm STL GM I offer up the best package of futures I can for Price, they have a far superior D + forward collective group to Preds or Jets, but can't match Rinne in nets. Blues are a legit goalie away from becoming the team to beat in the West.

There yet may be hope that Preds or Wild offer up a "go for it package" to get Max or Galchenyuk - both will need that extra offensive punch vs Blues or Jets.

Yeah they had their battles on the ice that kind of spilled over to the post game interviews. No sweat.

Me thinks some of the plays weren't too thrilled with 76 on their team

Last night kind of summarized it all, he's having a Norris like season but wasn't very good last night playing in the limelight of the Bell Centre. And the Habs played hard, almost like they wanted to prove they don't suck because Subban is gone. I guess the organisation had enough of this (the good and the bad) after several years, too bad they didnt trade him for a package of younger players.

PK came close to infecting robot Carey Price with emotion. Shea Weber brought back much needed logic.

I'm waiting for Price to have his "Barry Sanders" moment where he faxes in his retirement announcement to the local paper and then disappears to rope cattle and hunt for the rest of his life. I figure that happens by the end of the third season of his new contract.

PK won a Norris Trophy in 2014 and was the runner up for Norris in 2015 while playing in the limelight of the Bell Centre. PK was the Habs best playoff performer from 2011 to 2015 while playing in the "limelight of te Bell Center."

I really have no clue why you are implying that he didn't play well in Montreal. PK is a known playoff beast.

As a fan, I love PK.

If I were a teammate, I would dislike the guy immensely. He will be a divisive character, in any room. But I don't think a team has to sing kumbaya together to win a championship.

I wouldn't dislike the guy, but I also like outgoing characters, but I would most certainly roll my eyes on many occasions and be bothered by him on others. But that's fine, I would also realize that he makes our team better.

I can see that but I can also see the benefit off the ice in that he takes hits from other team/media and lets others slide.

For sure. You can dislike someone as a person but still appreciate that they're helping your team win. Ultimately, that's all that matters. Teams generally divide into several cliques off the ice. Why should a fan care?
