GDT - Third time's the chime | 7:30PM SNET

Honestly this Pens team is a dynasty caliber squad with a marked improvement in net. A shame they haven't figured it out.

Someone posted it in the last game.... I really think that Bozak is the best at those shorthanded or even strength break aways. He seems to be like 80%. unreal that guy

Bozak's the most deadly short-handed threat we've had since the days when Pat Quinn used to put Mats Sundin and Alexander Mogilny out to kill penalties.

Now Bernie, for the love of god, don't give up the next goal. Give your team a chance!

wasn't able to see much of the first - was that opening goal as bad as it looked out of the corner of my eye?

I thought Lieweke was crazy when he said he thought the Raptors could pass the Leafs in popularity at some point... and he probably still is overall but I've been hearing "well the Leafs sucked so I just changed it to the Raps game" an awful lot lately.

More of a long term demographic play. Raptor fans tend to be younger and ethnically diverse. Remember that some current Leaf fans grew up when the Leafs were the only game in town. Today's kids have a choice.

Lucky for the rest of us, Fleury is just good enough for them not to consider alternatives. His numbers are excellent this year, but yeah, I like the fact that he's their undisputed #1.

I get it, I still think it won't happen though.

I wonder, when William Nylander is on the Leafs next year, will Michael come along on the dads trip?

egad, Kadri has had a great game and then he does that?? man, that can make Carlyle give his time to Holland or Smith

Perhaps not, but if you have $$ riding on it as an investor, the Raptors might be a better use of investment resources as their popularity definitely has room to grow. I'm not sure what the Leafs can do to squeeze more profit out of their game.

There's always a greater amount of room to grow if you're not the most popular game in town.
