Watching these teams in round 2 it’s depressing how far we are to get there. And it’s not necessarily roster composition but rather team play. This might take for ever given maturity timelines.

Nothing depressing, it's the reality of a rebuild, if anything we're ahead of schedule. We were not supposed to make the playoffs this year, we have to keep our expectations in check.
