The way those shares get paid out won't be equal though.

But he is likely trading voting for dollars by doing that.

Yeah I think reason will prevail but whennn. Have to say I'm moderately annoyed that Canadian weed is squeezing/memeing right now because in the past when they dump US MJ often joins them.

Weed stonks are all blasting right now. Some horrible, some good. The horrible ones are arguably blasting more as they squeeze highly shorted names. Tlry in particular once upon a time went from like 15 to 300+ in a very short span so it had its very own GME moment. And lately they've been moving and shaking again. As for the actual company... I think it's garbage but maybe I'm wrong.
