Hey Nerds: Blockchain

True enough, as my lack of Shopify shares would indicate.

Did you see that interview with I think the CEO of Slack saying he believes Microsoft is trying to take them out with everything they've got, focused on them specifically?

That's been an issue for a while... it's why the stock tanked to 20 in November. I've seen this Goliath vs David story play out so many times in the tech world. IMO, decision makers and consumers don't want to put all their eggs in one basket -- so the "little guy" focused on one thing often ends up winning.

Put another way, if the big bully always won, Microsoft, Intel, Cisco would run the entire tech world...but somehow billions and billions of market cap went to their direct competitors.

Yes, but there's plenty of examples of Amazon alone bullying the small guy straight into oblivion. Slack seems to think that it's their focus on one thing that has Microsoft so concerned and determined to wipe them out because mail is so critical to them.

When you envision Slack out further, what's your hope that it'll be in two years, five years? Like one of these $200, $300 stocks?

Who knows? I bought it at 21 (I am sucker for post IPO depressions, did it with FB, FSLY, etc) so I will ride it for as long as the chart looks good.

It's not yet a 'forever stock" because as you pointed out, they don't have a moat.

No longer have twitter, but I bought Snap when it was in the gutter...sold it in Feb....and bought it back yesterday.

Trulieve with some solid TIMBERRRRRRR action. Bears seem to be aggressive on them today. Haven't seen that in months.

Scalped some shares, buying the dip and selling just now. Short-term RSIs were busted real good so it was a low risk buy to help me scoop a a handful or two more shares.

APHA up nicely. I tried to add to my TER on the cheap, but it went green.

GTII and TER lead bulls on the US side for two days in a row. Aphria the lead bull on the Canadian side, decoupling from Canopy like I've never seen before. Impressive.

My biggest pot stocks are now TRUL, APHA and TER. I sold the last of my LHS because it could not rally after Habsy's mega shopping spree this weekend.
