Jordan Back In Two Weeks?

Ready for that run to mediocrity-- with a draft pick somewhere between 7th and 12th.

Please for the love of your season ticket holders, blow this team up- sell everything but the core you're going to build around, RF.
 
Well ... they're setting up the Staal Bros line, which will at least serve to strip Eric of any excuses.
 
After watching tonight's game, ain't no way in hades this team can climb that far. I had thought the same but this team has no finishers right now and 2 defenseman worth keeping.

This team has two Staal brothers, Alex Semin, Jeff Skinner to provide offense and the points leader is Justin Faulk. The leading goal scorer is Jiri Tlusty. How sad...

Yeah ... Subban landed right on his lower leg. I'm sure it hurt, but from what I've heard there's no real damage.
 
I'm sure that scared the crap out of Jordan though. I believe that is also part of why Eric decided to bump and say something to Subban on his way to the bench after the empty netter.
 
Well, if that big lug landing on it didn't hurt it, that should give him a lot of confidence that it's solid!
 
Slowed down like that I think Subban was going to go for the puck, leaned too far forward and just lost his skates and fell. I don't think Subban stood there and then intentionally tried to fall on the back of Jordan Staal's leg in an effort to trip him or hurt him. Not buying it.
 
I'm not either, but I can see why those watching RT didn't like what they thought they saw.
 
Nhl players don't lean to far forward and just fall. I thought he was going for the leg and trying to make it look like an accident. I thought he was trying to throw a shoulder to the back of Staals leg and staal moved at the last second and he missed but staals skate may have hit his glove causing staal to slip.
 
Saw it live and in replay and I still can't tell what was going on ... which is pretty much what Jordan said right after the game.

Newsflash ... on purpose or not, PK Subban is an ass.

Subban is an ass....unless he is on your team, then you love him! Interesting history with Subban and Jordan Staal to consider. Subban is the guy that used his skate to slice the top of Jordan's skate that took him out of playoffs years ago while he was in Pittsburgh as well.

True I guess, but typically i haven't seen that type of theatrical crap that Subban delivers, out of Habs players.

Nah. Subban's always an ass. The only question is whether or not your own loyalties overshadow his assiness.
