he can't play hockey so his "deterrent" factor is meaningless, and I suspect Mailloux can throw

He has one more year of waiver exemption, so it is an option. 3 AHL years is not the end of the world, especially for a guy that missed almost 2 full seasons.

Xhekaj is #7. You put him in against tougher teams. Plus Guhle will get injured again.
