Leafs/Habs/Sens 2014-15

Mark Stone is a ****ing hockey player. Always liked him dating back to his Wheat King days.

Big, strong, puck protection ability in spades, tons of skill, excellent shot. He's the type of Gary Roberts-type power forward that Ottawa was always missing against us back in the late 1990s early 2000s.

Didn't watch the game, but wtf Penguins.

Credit to the Sens obviously for the comeback. Still don't know if it will get them into the playoffs. East is pretty wide open.

Obviously really hoping the boys make it to the playoffs, but this team has shown me a ton of character this season and it will be a success no matter what happens now.

I'll still be surprised if the Sens get in to the playoffs, and I expect that by next season, Andrew Hammond will have remembered that he's a mediocre minor-league goaltender. That being said, that was a clutch performance for the Sens last night, and once again, it was their kids who provided the offense. Sens fans should be pretty happy with that. Stone looks like the real deal.

That play by Stone was insane.

Takes the hard pass off his left skate, kicks it to his forehand, makes a move and rifles it high glove. All in stride.

Just wild.

It's never tough to have wish ill on the Sens. Unless they ended up playing Montreal in the first round this year, I guess. The Habs going out in the first round with a whimper against the Sens would be comedy gold. Both on the ice, and around here.

If the roles were reversed I wouldn't be "cheering" for the Leafs, but I would appreciate what they are doing - which most on this board seem capable of doing.

It really is wild what they have done.
