Yep. If he keeps up anything close to this level of production, it’s obvious he was good enough to stay in the NHL.

But I still like the move to send him down. Not going to hurt his development to get one more year where he’s getting a ton of 1st line minutes and power-play time against his peers.

I do still wish they’d given him a game or two as a reward for his good camp though.

Our missing link, for a long time now has been a goalie who can let his nuts hang and just steal games on the regular. Even the best we got from Freddy was never that guy and the Freddy era was about as good as our goaltending has been since Belfour.

Please be a 6'7 viking brick wall. Fucking please.
 
I still like Woll. I think the kid looks like he's holding up.

Definitely an NHL goalie, but unclear if backup or starter material.

But it does feel like he's underappreciated.
