Les Habitants Prospects Thread

Yup, he'll be in Laval. Best thing that could happen to him is to play a full year in Laval without interruptions, and then see how he is at the 2024-2025 camp.
 
Struble, Mailloux, Fairbrother, Trudeau, Norlinder, 1-2 AHL veterans.

I don't think Engstrom's going to be there next season. Probably the year after.
 
Probably, yeah.

Mailloux has only played in 71 games since being drafted. He needs ice time and repetitions. Give him all of that & then some while he's in Laval.

He needs work in gap control and awareness in his own zone

Much improved but the speed and pace of the NHL is too much for him .

Big upside great shot , just needs time and a much needed right hand shot

Sam Dickinson is the next stud on D for London

Yeah. Mailloux needs help defensively, but the size, skating and offensive upside make him intriguing.
 
I’ve watched Dobes play at least 6 or 7 games this season and I have a hard time believing he’ll be a no. 1 goalie in the NHL. He’s big but not overly quick. But he's still young . . .

Knies wasn’t even the best player on his own team, in fact was the 3rd scorer on his own team, which already has another HB nominee.
