Les Habitants Prospects Thread

Those rankings in general are pretty poorly thought out.

Cedrick Desjardins & Shaun Belle top 20 prospect?

Ryan White #20?

P.K. Subban ahead of Carle, Weber and Fischer (Who's ahead of Carle and Weber for whatever reason, even though I still think he'll be fine.)?

I have no idea on what basis he made the list. Is it on who seem to have the brightest NHL future? Or is it on who seems to be the best prospects as of right now?

Anyway, overall, very poor job.

It's the top prospects, so I assume it's meant to reflect who has the most potential rather than who will make it to the NHL first. I agree that the inclusion of Belle was a bit odd.

RDS

List of players attending the Habs rookie camp.

Joe Stejskal is listed, which is odd because, as far as I know, he's going back to college this season...

Anyone else get the feeling Pacman will get an invite to the main camp after the rookie camp?

Max is a lock to be there...however, very few spots are up for grabs so somebody has to play their asses off to make the club this year.

I don't see anyone unexpected breaking camp with the big team this year. There are quite a few potential call-ups though.

What's up with Pacioretty, 1 assist in 4 games? Isn't he supposed to be lighting it up?

He will.

He's not quite playing with the Lang's and SK74's and Markov's of the world anymore...so it may take some time before adjustment is made offense kicks in.
