Pacioretty - Desharnais - Parenteau

Bourque - Eller - Sekac
Prust - Malhotra - Weise

Emelin - Subban
Markov - Gilbert
Beaulieu - Weaver

First line: Curious how this line does with Parenteau. I guess he will be given an opportunity to make things happen...I just hope we dont need Gally to go rescue that line.
Second line: Really hope Chuck can breakout (60 points or more). Is it sal that always points to the third year as the big one?
Third line: Would be nice to get the good Rene and Eller instead of the ones that played most of last year.
Fourth line: I really like this line. But this is assume Prust can stay healthy (as in not playing hurt all year).

First pair: How has Emelin looked in this role?
Second pair: Outside of playing with Subban has Markov ever played with another Dman that has some offense to his game?
Third pair: I do like that we have 3 pairs that have some offensive upside.

PP/PK: any word on these lines?

I think PAP is on a short leash on the first line. MB said that PAP was a top 9 forward when he acquired him, not necessarily top 3.

We are pretty weak on right wing though.

Do not really see much change other than moving Gally to the top line.

Still a change and, I can see Sekac getting a chance there too if PAP doesn't work out. Therrien tried it on Saturday apparently.

Nate is ready for a breakout! Shit for brains will surprise a lot of people this year, kid can scrap too!

Unlike Emelin.. Beaulieu is not reluctant to drop the gloves and even invites it at times.

Nice to see

Ahhh. Alright. Thanks.

Wasn't sure Sekac has been good enough (I only watched bits and pieces of the pre-season games).

I think all three of the top RWs could see a change. Gallagher won't be out of the top 6 but other than that any combination of those 3 is possible. Sekac could definitely earn a top 6 spot, even top line.

Sure...doesnt mean they are good.

I think it is probably our weakest spot.

Yeah I wasn't contradicting you, just commenting on the RW position.

That said, what currently looks like a weakness at RW could end up being pretty decent if those guys can play to their potential.

PAP could be a 20g 65p guy like he was before. Though I expect 15g 45p
Gallagher could be a 25g 55p guy. I expect 20g 45p
Sekac could be a 25g 60p guy. I have no idea what to expect. Maybe 15g 40p?

Hello Forum Ice's HABS Nation !

This is my first post on the forum.
I was born in Montreal in '87. Been a fan since '93.
Here are my 2 cents for the lines.

I would not be surprised to see PAP ending up on the 3rd line this season.
Sekac could have his stint on the top line, but I think he would be a better fit with Plekanec.
Is he not naturally a LW ?

I would personally like to see Chucky on the top line.
Can he play RW ?
