Canada could start to look at better disclosure laws to ensure we don’t end up like the USA when it comes to politics. Could include our newspapers and tv networks that they have to disclosure when non-Canadians are paying for ads etc
Nothing perfect out there. But don’t want to pull a Biden and not take advantage to put in safety rails to everything elections and the use of power for a PM going forward.

We choose the most expensive construction process option at every turn out of political convenience after developing the most expensive decision making and management option at every turn and try to make up for it by providing no frills at all in the projects which ends up leaving us with a bare bones deliverable for the people who use it, and no government muscle memory on how to do it better and cheaper next time.
