Life expectancy of a 78 year old is roughly 88. Yes he's an obese slob but that may be counteracted with his one of a kind access to top healthcare. I wouldn't count on him dying in a non-luigi manner in the next 4 years.

Yup. You could argue he's healthier than the average 78 year old and he has the best access to healthcare and all of that... But the main point is that I wouldn't count on death. It's the less likely scenario of the two.

I'm on the skeptical bull side of this one. I want it to happen! I just don't see him as being an unusually unhealthy 78 year old, beyond his weight. The stressful life thing is fair though.
