The entire strategy of this administration (internationally and domestically) from the President all the way down is to hit certain talking points regardless of the topic so that it can be repurposed into facebook meme's and talking points for their domestic audience. There's no plan or strategy for anything, other than for a lot of grifting along the way.

It's worse than that tho - he still doesn't realize that what actually made America different and stronger than the other world powers is precisely because they fought for principles and human rights (i.e. woke dei) instead of just being the biggest bully on the block.
That his insistence on getting rid of those principles and childishly dedicating america only to pure military might, and the belief that pure shock and awe will make everyone bow down to America, has in fact weakened America immeasurably, and led directly to this embarassing defeat.
