Sigh....we did not block Gulfstream from operating in Canada. We required additional testing before certifying their new kit because the first cold weather tests the did showed some potential issues with fuel freezing up. The FAA knew this as well, but granted them a waiver to operate that kit while they did the testing. We wanted the testing done before certification.
Also, this was 2 specific air frames, not all Gulfstream planes.
