Really? How so? Lets see what they say. God no. They wont. But whether it was Hillary Clinton or Obama in the white house, nobody would be sending troops to the quagmire that is Afghanistan again, so Donald Trump as president makes next to zero difference on that front. Yes, yes they will. They already are. One part shame, one part fear of Russian aggression one part fear of Americans not supporting Article 5 if NATO members aren't seen to be spending enough on Defense. But NATO defense spending is on the rise, so that part is a clear yes.
Yeah, probably. I think the world can differentiate between a country's leadership and its civilians. I think that any terrorist attack on innocent civilians that results in a large loss of life will be grieved regardless of who is in the white house.
More importantly, who cares? I'm sure if a large scale attack like 9/11 happens again the last thing on anyone mind is whether Europe and NATO is grieving.
