Beshear said a group of people in their 20s threw the party, and added "I guess thinking they were invincible."
He urged people to think about not themselves, but the other people they may talk to or interact with after contracting the virus.
He would not say where that person lives, because that person made a mistake, he said. He did not share their gender or how many people were at the party.
