OT- bbq smokers

I don't boil them, but I do slow cook in them in the oven before the BBQ and the sauce.

So much this. Cook them in the oven slowly then when ready to eat, put them on the BBQ and add sauce to caramelize it (don't need long).

Also, if you don't want to make your own sauce, try sweet baby ray's.
 
One of the most important things that any newbies need to know. Once you get to the BBQ stage... Low heat and try not to use direct heat or they will burn in a hurry.
