Just saw The Cabin in the Woods and it was one of the funniest, most well-made parodies of a horror movie that I have ever seen. Heavily recommend it to anyone looking to watch a movie based on a highly original screenplay with lots of humour and self-deprecating content. Knew next to nothing about it going in too.

Speaking of remote cabin in the woods horror-comedies, instead of studying the other day I watched Tucker and Dale vs Evil. Its pretty awesome. And Katrina Bowden is ridiculous.

It's difficult to describe what exact genre it falls under. It's kind of a parody and definitely pokes fun at itself in many parts. But there are also some suspenseful scenes. The large humour content makes things a lot more light-hearted though.

Go check it out. It's right up your alley, worm.

The stupid Cineplex bastards must have raised prices again recently. Cheap night was normally $6.25, but it was $7.42 last night.

He's doing a new action film with Stallone called "The Tomb". It's not a cameo by either like the Expedables with Arnold. They're both the stars.

Ha ha... I was just going to post a trailer and I think I probably have come up with the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of those two above... literally polar opposite of a kubrik malick combo.... enjoy
