Picked up my tickets for the "Designing 007" Exhibit at TIFF Bell Lightbox. I also got tickets to a screening of "From Russia With Love", that's gonna be awesome.

It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 or 3 in morning. ‘Hi, Kelly’s having sex with Patrick Swayze right now ...’”

Somehow, this only elevates our enjoyment of both Bill Murray and Road House.

I read that in the newspaper the other day. Bill Murray is a genius.

Fairly depressing film. Lots of violence, including to kiddies as well plus the future in this film looks really bleak.

Hollywood is a marketing town. Good films are almost an accident. 2 minute pitches that somehow don't suck if they are 60 x longer.

Movie studios are corporations now. It's all about money. The best age of film was the late 60's/70's. Very risky, experimental. You won't get that now from studio pictures. They don't want any risks taken.

A great example of that is a genius like David Fincher having to go through kickstarter just to get the funds to make a starter reel for his pet project "The Goon".....

Ahhh. Ya. That was pretty cool. But GoT has brought it to a whole new level (show and book)...so I am not shocked by much anymore.

They did not play it safe though. That is for sure.

I watched Ep 2-4 last night. I just hope they dont Dexter their way out of it.
