I thought The Master had good acting and some great shots..For the bad, i didn't find it that interesting as a whole and the ending i was disappointed as i thought there'd be something more. Beautiful mess imo which there's nothing wrong with.

To be honest, I didn't even make it to the end ... nodded off. That doesn't really say anything about the film. I nod off a lot watching films if I try to do so horizontally.

There's some truly great shit in that film. But any film with that cheesy shit with the kids just can't be anywhere near the best film ever. Cheap.

I tend to leave movies for another time if it's one of those days where i can't get my self tuned in to watch the entire thing...and it happens at times when i'm half way or so and it's not that interesting..

As for Terence Mallick ... the most overrated director ever next to Tarantino.

Makck's films are a joke. So pretentious and terrible dialogue.

I like his first two films he made in the 70's,(Badlands/Days of Heaven) but since he's come back I think his films are terrible. How many ****ing pretty trees can you show before it gets old?

I'm not the biggest Tarantino fanboy but he's on a whole different level. The scripts he writes are so fantastic.

I have to see any movie that looks that bad. The MIB movies were fun... but this looks much worse.
